Would you like to apply for a New Hampshire Pistol Permit?
Below you will find links to a Resident Pistol Permit Application and a Non-Resident Application. Simply click the links print and fill out the form, then drop it off at the station.
Once an application is recieved the Chief of Police will review it and conduct a background on the applicant. Once the permit is issued there is a $10.00 State Mandated Fee for the issuance of the permit.
It should be noted that any false information provided in the application will be prosecuted under New Hampshire State Law and could result in arrest.
If you already have a permit and need to renew it simply use the same form but remember to fill in the previous permit number at the top.
Please also include a phone number on the form so you can be notified when the permit is ready. Permits will generally be ready to be picked up with in a week of us receiving the application.
