Det. Rick Brown
Det. Brown started his career in 1996 as a part time officer with the Whitefield Police Department. He became a full time officer for Whitefield in 1997. In 2004 he transferred to the Carroll Police Department and was promoted shortly thereafter to Patrolman First Class. In 2007 he was promoted to the rank of Detective. He is the Department Prosecutor for all District and Family Court Cases as well as the Department Field Training Officer.
