Chief Trammell came to us from the Charlestown Rhode Island Police Department where he worked in the Detective Division. Chief Trammell brings with him vast experience in crime solving and prevention. He was hired in Carroll as the Chief in 2006 and replaced long time Chief John Gardiner.
