Ptl. Bailey came to the Department in 2005 after completing his degree in Criminal Justice at NHTI in Concord. Ptl. Bailey has been with the Carroll Police Department for seven years now and has gone through extensive training. He has since been certified in Drug Investigation, Drug Interdiction Work, and is one of the departments Field Training Officers. Ptl.
