Ptl. Bailey came to the Department in 2005 after completing his degree in Criminal Justice through the New Hampshire Technical College in Concord. Ptl. Bailey has been with the Carroll Police Department for five years now and has gone through extensive training. He has since been certified in Drug Investigation, Drug Interdiction Work, and is one of the departments Field Training Officers. He leads the department regularly on Drug and Alcohol arrests.
